warm up

section 1

 

plank – hold for 15 secs / rest for 15 secs

knee to elbow – 20x (10x each side) / rest for 15 secs

bicycles – 20x (10x each side)

rest for 1 min, repeat exercises, then click on section 2

section 2

 

bear crawl forward/backwards – take 4 steps forward and 4 steps backwards / rest for 15 secs

v-ups – 10x

rest for 1 min, repeat exercises, click on section 3

russian twist – 20x (10x each side) / rest for 15 secs

squatting wood chop – 20x (10x each side) / rest for 15 secs

rest 1 min, repeat exercises, then click on section 4

pendulum roll – 20x (10x each side) / rest for 15 secs

ball slams – 20x (10x each side) / rest for 15 secs

rest for 1 min, repeat exercises, then click on section 5
